Job OverviewWe're seeking an exceptional Bike Mechanic to join our high-performing team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our riders, ensuring their e-bikes are safe and road-worthy. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Performing e-bike maintenance and repairs to our high-quality standards.
- Ensuring workshop compliance and efficiency.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Relevant industry experience in cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology.
- Experience with e-bikes and their electrical components, including lithium-ion batteries.
- Comfortable working with tools and software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in work quality.
- A natural team player, willing to help others and get hands dirty.
- A passion for bikes or cycling.
