","About the Role","

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Music A&R Talent Scout. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging artists suitable for our labels and working closely with our A&R team to develop and curate musical content.

","Key Responsibilities:","

  • Scout and identify emerging artists for potential signings","
  • Work closely with the A&R team to develop and curate musical content","
  • Be a face of the label to industry partners and other businesses","
  • Coordinate mixing and mastering of album and single releases","
  • Liaise with label management and production department on release schedule planning and timely distribution","
  • Maintain knowledge of overseas and domestic charts, trends, cycles and cultures to enhance A&R decision making","
  • Build and nurture external relationships with the wider music industry","
