We are seeking a Job Opportunities Coordinator to oversee the implementation of our Work for the Dole program in designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop effective strategies for job seekers at risk, increasing centre conversion rates.
  • Liaise with our job coaches and troubleshoot issues arising with jobseekers within activities, moving them to more suitable activities.
  • Ensure all activity is recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements.
  • Manage risk assessments and signed contracts.
  • Raise purchase orders and supplier invoices.

Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Dedication to supporting people through difficult periods.
  • Able to work autonomously as part of a small, dedicated team.
  • Personal resilience with a professional, mature, and confident approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Understanding of the employment services environment.
  • Proven experience working with targets and KPIs.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous employment services experience is highly regarded.
  • Current police clearance or ability to obtain.
