Job Title: Concrete Mixer Operator

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Northam or York, WA.

Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver premixed concrete to designated locations.

Inspect the concrete mixer to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.

Comply with all relevant safety legislation to maintain a safe working environment.

Adhere to company policies and work instructions.

Perform regular maintenance activities as directed by the production supervisor.

Conduct regular inspections of the concrete in the mixer to ensure it conforms to specifications.

Monitor and maintain the slump of each load within tolerance limits.



What We're Looking For:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a concrete mixer operator or in a similar role is preferred.
  • At least 12 months current experience in the class of HR.
  • Strong commitment to safety and thorough understanding of safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
