We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Employment Specialist. In this role, you will work with clients to identify their employment goals and provide support to help them achieve success in the workplace.
This is an on-site position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including those with disability, injury, or health conditions. Your goal will be to encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment and build lasting relationships with local employers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, and ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges. They will be happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, and able to work towards KPIs and make placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
In this role, you will receive on-the-job training as well as ongoing career development and national opportunities.
