Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a vital role in supporting Indigenous clients achieve their employment goals.

  • Deliver exceptional service to Indigenous clients, ensuring they feel valued throughout their journey.
  • Assist clients with activities to find sustainable employment, including job search and support while in-work.
  • Co-design services for Indigenous clients to ensure they have access to good work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Indigenous clients throughout their time in service, supporting them to overcome barriers to employment.
  • Engage with the local community to provide wrap-around services to Indigenous clients.
  • Support colleagues to work with Indigenous Clients to find and keep good work.
  • Assist clients with access to their online accounts and uploading job searching requirements.
  • Work closely with staff to identify training needs and provide quality service to clients.
  • Engage clients in training programs being delivered.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Aboriginal and CALD individuals and communities.
  • Minimum one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with people overcoming challenges is ideal.
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
