Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Activation Consultant to coordinate the delivery of the Work for the Dole program and provide guidance to Managers and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to implement effective intervention strategies for job seekers at risk of falling off.
- Liaise with Job Coaches and troubleshoot issues arising with jobseekers within activities.
- Ensure all activity is recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements.
- Manage risk assessment and signed contracts.
- Raise purchase orders and supplier invoices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High level of computer literacy.
- Dedication to supporting people through difficult periods.
- Ability to work independently as part of a small, dedicated team.
- Personal resilience matched with a professional, mature approach to overcoming challenges.
- Understanding of the Employment Services environment.
- Proven experience working with targets and KPIs.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office computing package.
- Previous employment services experience highly regarded.
