The primary mode of transport will be airfreight, requiring seamless integration with pre-carriage and on-forwarding solutions. The ideal candidate must ensure timely quotation, pick up, delivery, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves:

  • Providing tailored transportation solutions based on customer requirements
  • Ensuring the seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications
  • Tracking shipment status and proactively identifying potential issues during transport
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Preparing and verifying shipping documents

Key qualifications include:

  • Highly skilled and experienced in airfreight operations
  • Strong understanding of logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Capable of resolving issues efficiently and maintaining operational integrity
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask, meeting deadlines

This role requires proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as CargoWise and Webcargonet. A minimum of 3-5 years of operational airfreight experience is required.
