As a Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist, you will provide tailored transportation solutions based on customers' requirements. You must ensure seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments from initial booking to final delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide transportation solutions based on customers' needs.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of cargo.
- Track the status of active shipments and provide real-time updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
A highly skilled & experienced individual in airfreight operations is required for this position. A strong understanding of logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics is also necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, as well as the ability to resolve issues and challenges quickly and efficiently.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to interact positively and effectively with co-workers, subordinates, and supervisors.
Tech Requirements- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CargoWise and Webcargonet is also desirable.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of operational airfreight experience is required for this position.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
