The role of Regional Emergency Solutions Specialist is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of urgent cargo transportation across diverse commodities and global industrial verticals.

As a specialist in this field, you will be required to ensure timely quotation, pick up, delivery, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, requiring a deep understanding of global logistics, airfreight operations, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Providing tailored transportation solutions based on customer requirements
  • Ensuring seamless execution of time-critical airfreight shipments from initial booking to final delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and client specifications
  • Tracking the status of all active shipments and providing real-time updates, as well as proactively identifying upcoming issues during the transport chain and executing corrective actions to ensure safe and timely delivery of cargo
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Preparing and verifying all necessary shipping documents, including airwaybills and documents provided by the customer
Requirements
  • Highly skilled & experienced in airfreight operations
  • Strong understanding of logistics, pricing structures, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Capable of resolving issues and challenges quickly and efficiently, maintaining operational integrity and client satisfaction
  • Exhibits a high level of self-motivation, taking initiative to meet and exceed job expectations without constant supervision
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to interact positively and effectively with co-workers, subordinates, and supervisors
