Procurement Transformation Leadership Opportunity

A high-profile leadership position is available for a dynamic and strategic change management professional to lead the change strategy and delivery for a large-scale Procurement Transformation Program.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and compliance focus, along with the ability to deliver impactful and sustainable change outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading enterprise-level change, ideally across procurement or commercial transformation.

  • Design and execute the change management strategy aligned with the transformation roadmap.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, communications, and training to drive adoption.
  • Ensure readiness for change, track adoption, and support end-user experience.
  • Monitor risks and issues, providing practical solutions to maintain program momentum.
  • Partner with project, IT, communications, and business teams to embed new ways of working.
Key Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-level change, ideally across procurement or commercial transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work across complex, regulated environments.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Agile, adaptable, and outcomes-focused, comfortable working at pace to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and training experience, with a collaborative and inclusive style.
