Job Title

ICN Technical Change Manager

This is a critical support role within Emergency Management Technology and Data.

The role oversees the lifecycle of all changes to IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring controlled and authorized modifications with minimal disruption to the business.

  • Establishing and managing the Change & Configuration Management function, creating processes and procedures for change and configuration management.
  • Managing Change Advisory Boards and Change Review Boards, ensuring their effective operation and adherence to applicable terms of reference.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure changes have necessary attributes for implementation approval and successful completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in establishing and enhancing ITIL and SIAM-based Change and Configuration Management processes within large environments.
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change and configuration management functions in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, adept at working with diverse groups.

Key qualifications include a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
