Key Roles and Responsibilities

A Business Change Manager is needed to lead the implementation of Microsoft Copilot AI across business units.

This is a 3-month contract based in Melbourne CBD, with 2 days per week onsite.

Main Tasks
  • Execute daily business unit engagement for Copilot enablement and feature training.
  • Set up and run tailored walkthroughs, demos, and Q&A sessions with users.
  • Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Change teams to embed Copilot usage into workflows.
  • Capture feedback, identify adoption blockers, and refine change strategies.
  • Support internal communications and learning materials for consistent messaging and self-service success.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience delivering change management initiatives in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated exposure to AI-powered tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot.
  • Ability to engage business users across all levels and simplify technical concepts.
  • Experience in retail environments highly regarded.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
