Job Title: Policy Manager

This is a key leadership role where you will lead the Operational Policy Response team, driving performance and adjusting priorities as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing policy advice: Provide strategic policy advice on legislative and public policy reforms to support government objectives.
  • Coordinating responses: Coordinate responses to complex policy issues impacting courts and the community.
  • Preparing submissions: Prepare government submissions to support policy reform implementation and promote effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Effective team management: Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Detailed knowledge of public policy processes: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of public policy processes and their impact on government initiatives.
  • Analysis and evaluation of policy options: Analyze and evaluate policy options to inform decision-making and drive positive change.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. You will be an experienced leader who can inspire and motivate others to achieve exceptional results.
