Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance matters, including interpretation of legislation and government policy.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure continuous improvement in service provision.
  • Manage complex projects, including scoping, planning, managing teams, and delivering effective outcomes within scheduled timeframes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives that drive business excellence and innovation.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Highly developed written communication skills, including the ability to draft and prepare policy documents, submissions, proposals, and clear and concise reports and correspondence.
  • Extensive experience in information management practices and frameworks, including the ability to develop and lead enterprise-wide policy, records, privacy, and compliance activities.
  • Demonstrated understanding of compliance and regulatory systems, including knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory environments.
  • Proven leadership and management skills that drive collaboration, high-performance, high-quality outcomes, excellence, and continuous improvement in service provision.
