Job Title: Early Learning Leader Position

This leadership role has a significant impact on the Centre. As an Assistant Director, you will support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team.
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.

About the Role
