Director of Education and Development

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Centre's educational programs.

Leadership Role:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with educators to drive curriculum development and implementation.
  • Support educators in ensuring each child participates fully in the educational program.
  • Guide educators in assessing each child's learning and development progress.
  • Craft clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice with all educators.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of our Quality Improvement Plan.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Centre Leadership Team to drive innovation and excellence in early childhood education.
  • Promote collaboration with professional educators and teachers through workshops and meetings to share best practices and expertise.
  • Develop and implement teaching programs and practices based on exploration, discovery, and play.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications (university degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
  • Current teacher accreditation or registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector is desirable.
