Leadership Role:

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping educational programs and practices within the centre.

  • Drive change and champion excellence in educational practice.
  • Collaborate with Educators to review, enhance and implement educational programs.
  • Develop deep understanding of child development and lead transformative changes in educational practice.

About the Opportunity:

This is a full-time, fixed-term position. As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading learning in our nursery room, supporting up to 8 children per day. You will also receive dedicated time for programming and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
