About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Subsea Controls Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills, with experience in developing innovative control solutions for subsea systems.

You will be responsible for driving engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and increasing regional ownership and accountability.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design reviews and project risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing scopes in line with customer and project requirements
  • Defining Cost Time Resource (CTR) requirements for engineering planning and forecasting purposes
  • Driving engineering and team activities to ensure 'on time' delivery to the customer
  • Increasing regional ownership and accountability over APACI project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, or Industrial Computer Systems Engineering, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of engineering experience within the subsea industry or related service organisation
  • Domain expertise in SCADA systems, PLC operations, Instrumentation product design and operation
  • Domain expertise in subsea control systems, including but not limited to, subsea and topside Software development and communication protocols
