Job Overview

As a Senior Subsea Controls Professional, you will play a key role in leading our team of engineers to deliver innovative control solutions for subsea projects.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong collaboration and leadership skills across all business functions.

  • Develop and execute project scopes aligned with customer requirements and priorities.
  • Define Cost, Time, and Resource (CTR) requirements for engineering planning and forecasting.
  • Drive engineering and team activities to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, Industrial Computer Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of engineering experience in the subsea industry or related services.
  • Expertise in SCADA systems, PLC operations, instrumentation design and operation.
