This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee a team and manage service delivery on properties across Australia. As Senior Property Team Lead, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to facilitate the sale of mortgagee in possession properties and trustee properties within deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance and compliance of a portfolio of properties nationally
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring they operate within agreed budgets and deadlines
  • Assess and provide recommendations for optimal outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless property sales and management processes
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, promoting adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Real Estate, preferably with leadership roles
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Real Estate Certificate or Licence (desired but not essential)

Estimated Salary: $90,000 + superannuation benefits, negotiable based on experience. The position offers a range of benefits, including full training, supportive team environment, bonus potential, and flexible work arrangements.
