Financial Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to drive our financial growth and success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning and analysis, develop and review annual budgets and forecasts, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems while reducing costs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, and assess business cases for capital expenditures.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient business operation on financial aspects, set financial goals and priorities, and establish performance measures for progress tracking.

Your Background:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
  • Excellent financial management expertise, including prior executive-level experience ideally within a fast-paced industry
  • Finance degree with further qualification, either a certified public accountant (CPA) or chartered accountant (CA)
  • Experience working with and leading a business with multiple locations and operations

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills with advanced interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, leading through influence
  • A highly commercial focus and approach, with prior experience in mergers and acquisitions execution and integration
  • Strong treasury management experience, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
