The role of Maintenance Operations Leader is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our plant facilities and equipment. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

About the Position
  • Lead and manage maintenance activities across our plant facilities and equipment, guaranteeing operational efficiency and maintaining safety standards.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the plant and corporate/regional engineering and projects teams to ensure alignment on maintenance and engineering initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies and programs to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), plant reliability, and long-term asset performance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage both planned and unplanned maintenance activities, including inspections of critical equipment and execution of engineering improvement plans.
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks, optimization of spare parts inventory, and continuous reliability improvements.
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and critical equipment inspection programs to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and manage maintenance KPIs, ensuring all activities are conducted within financial and operational guidelines while driving cost efficiency.
