Job Title: Vice President - Fixed Income

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Fixed Income team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, providing them with innovative risk management solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow our Fixed Income Corporate flow business with Australian Corporates
  • Originating business opportunities with existing and new clients, providing advisory on risk management and building deal pipelines in collaboration with our Global Markets teams
  • Strong pricing and execution abilities in FX and Interest rates derivatives, as well as structured investment solutions
  • Preparing pitchbooks, market comments, term sheets, and other marketing materials
  • Driving sales initiatives and maintaining awareness of our FX & Rates strengths and offerings
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering
  • At least 6-8 years of relevant financial markets experience in Sales or Global Markets
  • Proven capabilities in building strong relationships with Australian Corporate clients
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships, with demonstrable communication skills
  • Commercial acumen, strong corporate knowledge, and persistence in addressing clients' needs
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
