Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Finance Transformation Lead to lead an EPM implementation and drive the BAU Change Agenda. You'll plan, execute, and collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Additionally, you'll develop and implement a change management strategy to drive user adoption and system effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines and budget allocation to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT and Finance teams for seamless integration
  • Resolve project issues and escalate to project owner for decision
  • Deliver the finance BAU Change agenda
  • Run training sessions to drive change and build a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide ongoing reporting and executive summary views of delivery, performance, and projections
  • Manage obligations and controls within NAB's and Ubank's risk management processes
Requirements
  • Relevant financial qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Experience in Finance change and project management
  • E2E system implementation experience, including UAT, SIT, Go Live & Hypercare phases
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong execution discipline and service mindset for effective and efficient delivery
  • Ability to create clarity out of ambiguity
