Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a transformative project within our finance team. We are seeking a motivated Transformation Lead to support the Program Delivery Lead in enhancing our financial governance capabilities.

The Opportunity

We are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey to improve the quality of our data, efficiency of our processes, and overall business outcomes. As a Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing frameworks, processes, and tools to support this initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Controls: Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of financial controls to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
  • Role-Based Access Management: Define and maintain role-based access controls for all financial applications and systems.
  • Continuous Controls Monitoring: Implement and maintain a program for continuously monitoring the effectiveness of financial controls and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Access Controls: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of access controls, including user provisioning, password management, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to financial controls and data security.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on financial controls activities for senior management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a finance role, with expertise in developing and implementing financial controls.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Management (RBAC) and access control systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
