Morling Residential College is looking for a vibrant and caring Residential Assistant to join our community.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in building and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for residents from diverse backgrounds.

Your primary responsibility will be to care for residents, foster community engagement, and support new residents and first-year students. You will also provide general academic guidance, share your experience, and model behaviour that aligns with our policies and guidelines.

Your duties will include living on campus, assisting with resident transition, caring for residents, promoting community life, duty manager responsibilities, and providing administrative support and general academic assistance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
