Residential Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

The Residential Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections within the university community. This position is responsible for coordinating outreach and engagement initiatives with residents of the colleges and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including portfolio teams, faculty staff, and external partners.
  2. Coordinate events, workshops, seminars, and training programs to promote student engagement and well-being.
  3. Collaborate with program managers to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and evaluations.
  4. Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to residential engagement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in event management, project coordination, and community outreach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write engaging content and edit reports.
  • Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video content creation is an asset.
