Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of residential support workers in providing person-centered care.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote participant independence and well-being.
- Maintain effective communication with staff, managers, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly knowledge of rostering procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed capacity to manage competing demands and work to deadlines.
- Previous experience with rostering software is highly desirable.
- Experience leading a team of support workers in a disability setting.
- Current first aid certificate and Working With Vulnerable People check.
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
