About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Services Coordinator to join our team in Kellyville.
The Residential Services Coordinator will support the General Manager in planning, organizing and delivering maintenance, cleaning and laundry services to ensure the building and environment is presented to a high standard.

About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is internal and external building management, including outdoor areas, gardens, windows and balconies. The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of all residential service systems of work, including laundry, cleaning and maintenance.
- Assist with the planning and execution of housekeeping services and maintenance to ensure the service environment is safe, clean and welcoming, and supports resident daily living needs
- Work closely with team members who lead Administration, Admission and Maintenance to ensure environmental service needs are met in a timely manner
- Organize and coordinate cleaning and laundry services employees to ensure sufficient and appropriately skilled employees are rostered
- Organize and maintain a daily scheduled cleaning program
- Organize and maintain a daily scheduled laundry and linen service program
- Oversee the Preventative Maintenance Programme schedule to ensure maintenance tasks are carried out
- Monitor the timely completion of all daily and weekly schedules and identify any gaps
- Monitor the use of chemicals to ensure appropriate and safe use
- Carry out regular inspections of the Home to ensure the residents' environment meets the required standard for cleaning and presentation
- Liaise with Operations on specific building and environment repairs
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents and employees
- Manage WHS for your area to ensure the safety of you, residents, other employees and the general public
- Investigate and resolve complaints relating to residential services
- Review work practices to ensure continuous improvement
- Attend all education sessions as programmed by the General Manager
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in commercial housekeeping services
- Proven organizational and time management ability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to prioritize work and work unsupervised
- Empathy with the needs of the residents
