As a seasoned manufacturing professional, we are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the Fabrication team. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of metal fabrication principles, CAD drawing interpretation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in Quality Assurance is also highly desirable.

This full-time position involves managing the morning shift, overseeing daily production planning, ensuring maintenance and calibration of equipment, and promoting adherence to Safe Work Practices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic production environment with a robust pipeline of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Fabrication team to achieve operational excellence
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

  • Manage variations and urgent orders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Trade or Engineering
  • 10 years' experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of metal fabrication principles
  • CAD drawing interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Quality Assurance (advantageous)
