Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR and cultural transformation to drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations, manage employee relations cases, including performance issues, workplace conflicts, and terminations.
  • Stay current on local laws and standards, review and recommend policy amendments for compliance and identify regional trends.
  • Advise the P&C Business Partner community on local requirements and global policy applications within the regional context.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project and program success.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced organization focusing on advising, investigating, policy implementation, respect in the workplace, H&S, employee relations, and compliance.
  • A proactive learner and resourceful partner able to advance P&C policies in line with regional requirements.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, exceling in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances in Australia and New Zealand; regional expertise in other APAC areas is an asset.
