Job Title: Databricks Test Lead
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity seeks a highly skilled professional to lead data testing efforts in a Sydney-based federal government agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in migrating from an on-premise data warehouse to a modern cloud-based platform, Databricks on Azure.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the testing strategy for data pipelines, transformations, and reporting outputs.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of data pipelines and reporting outputs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading data testing.
- Strong SQL and data pipeline testing skills.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, and modern data architectures such as Delta Lake.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
