- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- 5+ years in leading data testing.
- Strong SQL and data pipeline testing experience.
- Experience with Databricks, Azure, and modern data architectures (e.g., Delta Lake).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
