Job Title: Senior Business Communications Specialist

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communications team.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing creative communications strategies to effectively roll out our company's goals, values, and initiatives to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on leading through change and driving engagement and adoption of new ideas and practices.

  • Partner with the business to design and deliver proactive and responsive communications strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative best practice communication solutions.
  • Provide guidance, support, and point of contact for employees in business areas across the department.
  • Seek out and actively manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate effective planning and delivery of activities, including communication production, social media, media, and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications or related field.
  • Experience in change communications and executions.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong business acumen.
  • Good at selling new ideas, generating enthusiasm, and generating action from people.
  • Change agent and able to facilitate change processes from a communication standpoint.
  • Decisive, able to define own objectives, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and strength to challenge the status quo.
