About the Role

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Communications Partner to join our Internal Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative communications strategies to effectively roll out our company's goals, values, and initiatives to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to design and deliver proactive and responsive communications strategies to communicate effectively about programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Identify, develop, and implement innovative best practice communication solutions to meet strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance, support, and point of contact for employees in business areas across the department for communication planning.
  • Seek out and actively manage key stakeholder relationships based on open and regular discussions and feedback to ensure effective interface between communication planning and program/policy development.
  • Coordinate effective planning and delivery of activities, including communication production, social media, media, and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and activities to inform current and future approaches, as well as report on emerging trends and risks.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.
  • Experience in change communications and executions.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong business acumen, with strong execution and drive for results.
  • Good at selling new ideas, generating enthusiasm, and generating action from people.
  • Change agent and able to facilitate change processes from a communication standpoint.
  • Decisive, able to define own objectives, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and strength to challenge the status quo.
