Key Accountabilities
  • Client Delivery & Strategic Execution: Lead transformative initiatives, including organisational design, business process improvement, strategic planning, and operational optimisation.
  • Business Development & Thought Leadership: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and impactful client presentations.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Manage project teams, providing mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and analysts.

About Your Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Proven track record managing complex change initiatives and delivering measurable client outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in change management methodologies, organisational design, business improvement, and strategy development.
