Project Construction Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects across our portfolio.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and plan construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including renewal managers, equipment project managers, contractors, and shopfitters to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the financial position of projects, including cost reporting, forecasting, and variation management.
  • Oversee construction activities, attend meetings, finalise contracts, and arrange agreements between parties.
  • Ensure site safety and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
About You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in an end-to-end capacity.
  • Strong understanding of construction management methodology and principles.
  • Qualifications in construction management or a construction-based trade background are an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel to regional locations for site meetings and inspections.
  • Construction industry white card and driver's license are required.
  • Experience in retail supermarket environments or quick service retail is desirable.
