Bid Development Specialist

This is a dynamic role with end-to-end responsibility for the development and delivery of high-quality proposals, bids, and presentations within a specific industry sector. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and be comfortable working closely with stakeholders to deliver results.

Key responsibilities include leading the proposal development process, assessing bid opportunities, and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams. A strong attention to detail, excellent written communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with Defence bid structures and requirements.
