Drive Business Growth with Strategic Finance Expertise

ClearCompany is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leadership teams to drive business growth and profitability through strategic analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting. Your expertise will shape the business strategy for Sales & Marketing in Australia, optimizing growth opportunities and influencing investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership teams to provide strategic insights and analytics
  • Lead forecasting, business modeling, and financial analysis to inform investment decisions
  • Evaluate sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and growth opportunities using commercial acumen
  • Proactively highlight risks, opportunities, and outcomes to leadership teams through detailed scenarios and business case modeling
  • Drive business performance by influencing leadership across Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams with impactful financial strategies and analysis

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or Cloud Computing environment, ideally supporting Sales & Marketing functions
  • CPA/CMA qualification, paired with an undergraduate degree in Business (BBA/BCom) or an MBA
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide robust business case modeling
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using Hyperion Essbase for financial modeling and analysis
  • Confidence and emotional intelligence to communicate effectively with senior executives and non-finance stakeholders
  • A track record of leadership, initiative, and delivering exceptional business results
