We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Care Professional to join our dedicated team. This role offers daily challenges and the chance to truly impact the lives of people living with disabilities.

As a Support Worker in our Accommodation Services, you will provide essential assistance to our high-needs clients, aiding with personal care and daily tasks. You will support clients who use wheelchairs and have additional medical needs, ensuring they receive the necessary care.

About The Role:

  • You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered support that empowers individuals to live fulfilling lives.
  • Your key responsibilities will include providing physical and emotional support to clients, assisting with personal care activities, and promoting their independence.
  • You will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized support plans.

About You:

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • You are resilient and self-assured, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • You are skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • You hold a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
