About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged and Disability Support Professional to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a permanent part-time employee, you will have guaranteed hours close to home, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance to older individuals, ensuring their homes remain safe and beautiful spaces for them to live.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to support customers' independence.
  • Offer social support and transportation to lifestyle activities, promoting engagement and connection.
  • Deliver personal care services, including getting customers up, showered, and dressed for the day, as well as assisting with medication management and mobility.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide complex care for those with high needs, such as dementia.
About You

We are looking for an individual with 6 months or more of experience in a similar role, including personal care skills. You should be committed to assisting our aged community and enabling them to live independently at home for longer. Additionally, you must hold a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a significant aspect of this role.
