About the RoleThis is a part-time position with guaranteed hours, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Your day will be filled with various activities, including:
- Providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning and meal preparation, to ensure our customers' homes remain safe and comfortable.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to promote their overall well-being.
- Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected with their community.
As a Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to our customers, tailored to their individual needs.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet our customers' goals and objectives.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and care provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to seek guidance from your Manager.
