Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service delivery and shift management
  • Operational performance management across domestic and international flights
  • Achieving key performance indicators in safety, punctuality, customer satisfaction, and financial targets
  • Ensuring compliance with training requirements and knowledge retention among team members
  • Coaching and developing Team Leaders to optimize team function
  • Resource allocation for Day of Operations and arranging staff replacements due to leave or surge requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience managing teams of various sizes
  • Customer-centric focus
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Background in the Aviation/Airline Industry, encompassing above and below wing operations
  • Clear communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
