About the Role:

Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating executive travel, events, schedules, and projects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CFO, including drafting correspondence, presentations, and speeches.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and manage travel expenses.
  • Event Planning: Organize meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the CFO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Email Management: Filter and respond to emails on behalf of the CFO.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation.
  • Board Support: Provide administrative support to the board of directors, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a senior executive assistant, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Advanced administrative skills, including diary and events management, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
