Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the General Manager and other members of the Executive Committee, including coordination of meetings, emails, and correspondence.
- Diary Management: Proactively manage the General Manager's diary, ensuring timely and effective coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel for team members, including visa arrangements, flight bookings, and accommodation arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external clients and guests, providing exceptional communication and customer service skills.
