About the Job

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts, legal teams, and business units, to develop and maintain policies and frameworks that align with organisational goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research, draft, and update policies in collaboration with relevant departments, identifying gaps and proposing improvements to existing policies.
  2. Develop and document organisational frameworks supporting governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  3. Ensure policies and frameworks meet current legislative and regulatory guidelines (e.g., APRA, ISO, NIST).
  4. Produce clear, concise documentation and track policy compliance and framework implementation.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses a degree in Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Your Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in policy writing, regulatory compliance, or framework development.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and policy tracking software.
  • A proven ability to write clear, actionable policies and frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.
