About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our state-of-the-art, purpose-built distribution centre in Melbourne's West, Truganina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule docks for inbound loads
  • Receive and verify all inbound stock in SAP EWM
  • Prepare shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of containers
  • Investigate issues including damaged stock, unsafe loads, and discrepancies for inbound freight
Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Safety-first mindset
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
