Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As a key member of our HR team, you'll partner with Senior Leaders and Executive teams to provide strategic HR advice, support organizational design, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sound business decisions and support organizational design
  • Share advice with stakeholders and manage all people cycle activities
  • Talent mapping, ER/IR matters, succession planning, and compliance adherence
  • Participate in global projects and drive process improvements
Requirements

We're looking for a commercially astute and experienced Senior HR Business Partner who can work in a complex organization. You'll need strong legislative knowledge, influencing skills, and the ability to make decisions. Ideally, you'll have experience working with Enterprise Agreements and understand the Retail landscape.
