Job Title: Disability Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support each person's goals and aspirations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of empathy and understanding
